I do have a plan for some new features.

1. Views for Inactive Software and Hardware…which I missed in the initial release.
   
2. Seting up vender with the ability to designate preferred, standard and avoid status.
   
3. Creating a PO document for that vender with capability of attaching a pdf (or other) of the documentation that the vender sends out.
   
4. Ability to easily create the same asset for multiple people with differences such as serial numbers and assigned people. I'm thinking of using an asset template for this.
   
5. Creating an asset listing from various views using the 'lotus to pdf' scripts on lowagie.com that my personal site still get's google hits for.
   
6. Creating a pdf document for asset description and PO information for that asset so that it can easily be sent to accounting (or whomever).
   
7. Document Change history feature
   
8. Integration with Julian's OpenLog

    I'm in the middle of a job change right now so I have not had the time to devote to these new features yet. I plan to 'get on it' soon and at least make some progress on some of the small features.
    
    
    
    What is it that you are looking for in the db? Perhaps I can do it first for you? I'm currently the only project chef for this, so if you do some developement to the template I'd be glad to see what you've done.
