We have rolled this template out at our organization of about 200 staff and have great results.

Apart from the incredible stability there are featured we have worked into staff's everyday life.

For example in order to effectively use/implement mail quotas we had to give our staff training on how they can reduce the size of their mail file. Without the By Size view that is incorporated into this template this would have made this incredibly difficult.

On a side note I use the By Person view pretty much every day.
A fantastic implementation of the best features a mail client should have.

In this field you can enter the actual review.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
