We dubbed ours "Meeting Room Status" and found it to be easily customized to suit our needs. (See my full details in the Discussions tab.) The template is easy to "brand" with corporate stuff like logo, colors, fonts, etc. We're now testing various deployment points for this information including smartphones (for managers and execs), digital signage (a wall-mounted LCD panel outside a meeting room) and office building front desk (to help visitors know where their meeting is). So far users have told us this helps them answer questions like, "who's in the room right now and running late?" or "is this room open right now for a quick ad-hoc meeting?" and things like that.
