DominoTeamMailbox - Review: very well designed application


This is a very well designed alternative if you don't want a full blown mail file (eg. for mail-in databases). The developers have anticipated just about every requirement for usability and functionality.
It is particularly useful for departments that want to present a single mail address to the outside world (eg. sales@mycompany.org), and effectively shields the actual sender's e-mail address from the recipients.
The separate Admin Panel database gives administrators a very detailed snapshot of how all the team mailboxes in the domain are configured and running.

Depending on how security on your Domino servers is configured, there can be one or two minor hiccups if you are using the agents, but any competent administrator should be able to get them running in no time.
