• How to populate mailgood.nsf

    By Vincenzo Di Benedetto 2 decades ago

    Hello,

    i just installed kspam (thanks Tom!) and I want to use bayesian filtering.

    I create mailgood.nsf and mailspam.nsf and I added the following entries to notes.ini:

    KS_BAYESIAN_FILTER=1

    KS_BAYESIAN_MARK=1

    KS_BAYESIAN_PREP=1

    KS_BAYESIAN_PREP_2=1

    KS_BL_DUMPLISTS=1

    KS_BL_PERIOD=360

    KS_MARK=1

    KS_RELOAD=1

    Why no emails are going into mailgood database??

    Can you help me??

      Look in the "All Documents" view if you are using the mail template for mailgood.nsf.

      Also you can only use one KS_BAYESIAN_PREP setting, KS_BAYESIAN_PREP_2 disables KS_BAYESIAN_PREP. Read about the bayesian filter in the documentation and it's notes.ini settings.

        I created the mailgood database from mailgood.ntf template.

        I'll try to remove KS_BAYESIAN_PREP to my notes.ini .

        • now it works but.....

          By Vincenzo Di Benedetto 2 decades ago

          now it works, emails are populating mailgood.nsf, but i tried to move spam email from mailgood.nsf to mailspam.nsf by clicking on "move selected message to Mailspam" button, and I got error "the specified agent does not exist"

          • OK! Found!

            Ok, I don't know why, but on the database there wasn't "move to spam" agent. I just copied from the mailgood.ntf template and now works!
