• error trying to open ticket

    Hi, I installed this, and followed your directions.

    Before refreshing the database design (what I presume you mean by "Database - Change Design" ) everything seems to be working, however after refreshing the design, when opening any ticket, I get the error:

    Field:'FIELDLABELSUDF_SUB': Entry not found in index

    What have I done wrong?

      I did not check to see whether or not there were already configuration and language documents there.

      Turns out they were already there and following the instructions to paste them in there created duplicates.

      I removed them all and re pasted them in and it seems to work now.
