          I like that form of bulletin board. phpBB is pretty good, and vBulletin (http://www.vbulletin.com) is an even nicer variation. I had wondered in the past about doing such a thing with Domino – I believe eSolutions offer such a product – so this is very cool.

      Have a quick look of Vbulletin and PhpBB (both PHP and MySQL) to check what kind of functions are needed.
