    Somtimes, when changing between the views in help Version 1.0.9, the red window prompts with fatal error message!

    Only solution is to exit with kill notes.

    Helpdesk is running on Notes Version 7 Beta 3 and Notes Clients 6.5.2!



    Is there a known issue or reason, bug etc.?

      do not know why.

      Most of the time it is happening when changing the language and after that going into another view of that database.

      We found out for ourselves that resaving ervery single element of the database seems to help sometimes but not always. The database makes heavy use of some elements in notes to become kind of "multilingual" that are relative new.

      If you have the files that are created after RSODS available send them to us because we are trying to find out what happens there.

        When it happens really somtimes I will be happy!

        It happens constantly by switching to closed tickets view and sometimes by switching back from closed tickets view!

        With such a problem there is no fun in working with 'HELP'!

          Hello,



          I have the same Problem under 1.0.8. When I change the view frist time there is this red window. After restart LN it works for a while and than again.

          I habe permanent DE as language. Seams not that this is the reason.

            And also it doesn' t seem to be a OS Error, because we've try it with several windows plattforms and servicepacks. Running notes clients are 6.01CF2 up to 7 Beta 3. All installations have the same problem.

            Also running notes under a virtualmachine in vmware 5.0 workstation matches the same error.



            Tipp: running Notes under Linux (with wine or crossoveroffice) the error doesn't prompt. Seem to run fine in this constallation.
