• Field too large

    From time to time I get some false posivtive. When I try to investigate why it was stopped (View Mime Content), I get the error >Field is too large (32K) or Viewæs coulumn & selection formulas are too large<<.

    Then the messagge get stuck in "MailSpam" and there is no way to access it, copy or anything else.

    WHY ?

    OS: Windows 2000 Server

      The "View mime content" actions uses the ContentAsText property to show the source of the message.

      If this part is longer than 32k (this is the limit of the text field in the popup) you won't be able to display it.

      But to investigate the reason of blocked messages it's better to check the ks_reason (if blocked by a rule) or KS_BL_PROB and KS_BL_TOKENS(if blocked by B Filter).

      The "move to mailgood" action should work properly anyway.

        Do you know a way to "reset" the error ?

        I have added the reason fields to the views, to avoid the error.

        But once the error has shown, the record is completly locked.

          I have the same error (Field to big (32K)) and the document is locked, the only way is to delete it from the database, every agent action on the document stopped. I have an periodic agent that creates an Readerfield, based on the public Adressbook, it stops on this document.
