    I cancel and even try revoking things on the calendar, but it does not "repost" the correct days in the persons allowance. Just keeps deleting days..what am I doing wrong?

      Hi Ryan,



      You Must Use the Original Leave Request doc to Update the Allowance. You cannot affect an allowance by working with the Annual Leave doc that appears in the calendar. Only the Leave Request doc has the Cancel (if not yet approved) and Revoke (if already approved) buttons.



      To Cancel a not yet approved Leave Request:

      Use the Leave to be Approved link on the main navigator

      Find the Leave Request that you want to cancel in the view

      Open the Leave Request and click the Cancel button

      No leave will be added back to the Leave Allowance since none has yet been subtracted



      To Revoke an approved Leave Request:

      Click the word Tracking (a link) at the top of the main navigator to switch navigators

      Click one of the Leave by links to display Approved Leave Requests

      Find the Leave Request that you want to revoke in the view

      Open the Leave Request and click the Revoke button

      Leave will be added back to the Leave Allowance

        thanks, that works.



        Just one question, after revoking , the "my leave requests" still shows the entry that was revoked and the status is not updated….. I just want to have a view for each user to see what they are actually in for as far as days off. I dont want to have ones revoked showing up to confuse them. Any ideas

        ?
