• Help with Dispatch

    I've had no problems with this until today. Yesterday, I replaced with the 1.6 version. Today we are getting no email updates to open tickets or escalation. The agents are running and running on the correct server. All of the new tickets are going to "new tickets" but only in the "By number" view and they are preceeded not by a number, but by memo. Any ideas?

    • Stop the agent manually and start it again ...

        And still no mail notifications. In the dispatch agent script there is an error "Dispatch: (Options): 3: Error loading USE or USELSX moduel: lib.agent.dispatch". Also, now the tickets all go to "New Tickets by Number" If they submit via the mail in database it says "MEMO" beside the entry. If they use QuickCall, it says newBugReport. Not sure what to do. Thanks for your help. As always, it is greatly appreciated.

          It seems that you have lost a script Library somewhere in the upgrade process.

            Had a couple of errors. There were some missing objects in the script library. I manually copied them. The escalation agent is working just fine. There is still that problem with the calls sent by email going to to the "By number page" with memo. I think I'll try to start all over, again, with a new database.
