The current formula pulls the name to match against the "SendTo" and "CopyTo" fields from the database title. We have several cases where that doesn't work (Department Name in Title, HR-ID, Names with multiple parts etc.)

Could it rather pull the name(s) to compare from the profile, where it can be edited. @GetProfileField ("CalendarProfile"; "ONTF_OwnerNames"); The Field could be editable and a button would pull the names from the Domino Directory. Some default mechanism (e.g. populate the profile on dbopen if empty) would make sure it works.
