Hello.
First, let me say that I am very impressed with this software. My compliments to the Chefs!
The email that is generated notifying users that their ticket has been assigned does not have a link in the email. The message body states "Click on the following link to open the ticket ->", but there is no "following link." What do I need to do to get the link to appear the email?
I saw a few other posts asking the same question, but I have tried the suggested solutions without any success. I was determined to find the answer without posting, but I am running out of time.
I am running client version 7.0.1 connecting to a 7.0.1 server and !!HELP!! version 1.5. Thank you for any help.
