• Type Mismatch when approving leave

    I just updated the database with your new template. We are receiving a type mismatch error when we use the Admin leave approval.

    • Recalculate All Annual Leave Allowance Documents

      Bengt,



      I got the same error message when testing. That is why the Release Notes specified



      "This release makes major changes to the Annual Leave Allowance form from previous releases.

      If you are upgrading a current application instance you MUST refresh/recalculate all Annual Leave Allowance documents after applying this release's design. "

        Hi Bob,



        I looked through the application, I can not find where or how to recalculate the leave.

        • Create a Toolbar Button to Do It

          Hi Bengt,



          No need for such a function in the application since the Notes Client is quite capable:



          1-Create yourself an additional Toolbar Button and use the following formula in it


              @Command([ToolsRefreshSelectedDocs])<br/>



          2-Switch to a view of all Annual Leave Allowance documents

          3-Select all documents

          4-Click your new button



          All documents will then be recalculated and all new fields will populate.



          You can now use this button whenever you need to recalculate documents in any application.
