• Too many false positive

By Benjamin Bellamy 2 decades ago

I have been using kspam for over a month and I have filled mailgood.nsf and mailspam.nsf with over 400 messages each.

The problem is that I have too many false positive (over 2 a day) and copying them to mailgood.nsf doesn't seem to have any impact on tokens' values.

Here are the kind of tokens that generate false positive :

    nbsp: 0.9900

    color: 0.9900

    FONT: 0.9900

    bgColor: 0.9900

    border: 0.9900

    cellSpacing: 0.9900

    Arial: 0.9900

    FONT-FAMILY: 0.9900

    FONT-SIZE: 0.9900

Is there a way to change these values manually ?

    May I change them in comblist.txt ?

    Regards,

    Ben.

    • KS_BL_IGNORE

you could try the notes.ini parameter

      from the kSpam docu

      KS_BL_IGNORE

Tell kSpam.bload to ignore the specified tokens.

      Example: KS_BL_IGNORE=token1,token2,token3,

      Version: 1.35 and above

Notes: This line must end with a comma ','.

      • KS_BL_IGNORE=multipart...

        Thank you for your help.

        Next time I will RTFM.

I hope I will get much less false positive now.

Here is the list I made :

        KS_BL_IGNORE=multipart,FONT,nbsp,name,boundary,Content-Type,NextPart,000,alternative,bgColor,—-,color,mixed,message,align,Arial,href,FONT-SIZE,face,FONT-FAMILY,border,class,COLOR,Microsoft,This,sans-serif,000080,www,application,cellSpacing,width,asp,

        Regards,

        Ben.
