• Help as mailin db

    Hi,



    I have created a mailin address pointing to Help. Mails arrive and are found in the Memo section in the All Documents. How do I can the mails to be progress automaticly and assigned to a new ticket/old ticket. Do I need to run an agent??

      Have enabled the 3 agents which were disabled. Seens to run now.
