• emails contain "<<userCN>>"

    While emails are working, they don't contain the exploded values… I am expecting. What I see is (ps the one thing that does work is the document link back to the ticket.

      There are some things described in german but the relevant part is the second "Code" block. Copy this get into the designer open the script library lib.appl.functions and replace the code inside the processRTTags function with the previous copied code.



      After that it should work
