Enhancements to the standard IBM Lotus Notes 6.5/7.0/8.x mail template.
How often does this happen: A user created a folder and enabled some rules who should move a email to some folder. After some weeks he doesn´t need the folder and removed it. BUT the rule is still active and produce some not so nice error messages on the console and log. So I would request a small change. A user can only delete a folder when he disable the role. Oh and check if the folder exist when the user enable the role.
Is it possible to add a preference to hide the Junk Mail folder. Currently the template has the ability to hide a bunch of other features. It's not critical but it would free up some screen real estate. Currently we have an outside service that gets rid of all our SPAM. Thanks
