    We have installed the !!Help!! database and it works fine. Also the dispatcher works correct. But one thing I would change: When the dispatcher convert a mail into a new ticket the whole mail body is transferring into the field "Problem" and also into the tab "Info". Is it possible to transfer only the mail subject into the problem field? I can't find a configuration entry for this.

        The dipatcher i trying to balance what is going into the Problem field with the following mechanism.

        take text defined in MaxLengthProblemDescription from the body field and add it to the Subject. Place the result in the problem field of the ticket. place the complete incoming mail in the body field.
