When i create a new Ticket, i receive an e-mail. But the doc link is empty. Any sugestions?

i'm having similar problem. on top of that, the default supporter does not receive an email alerting him of new ticket.
mails from the system. You can change this behaviour by setting "DefaultSupporterDoNotSendMails" to "NO".
I debug the code and found the problem. I change the "MailIfNewDocLink" from NO to YES. And solved my problem
