    • Need Help troubleshooting

By Thomas Adrian 1 decade ago

Thanks for reporting this, I am interested to find out what is causing this but need your help to do so

It is a strange error message, it looks like your installation is not ok.

Can you please do the following

      1. Make sure you have both a server replica and a local replica and test at both locations
      2. Report back what is working and what is not working
      3. Which version on server and local are you using
      4. Which webbrowser have been tested.
      5. Check the server console and log view in intrapages for any other error message
      6. setup a new copy locally using the latest template from openntf and see if you get the same problem.

If you want you can mail me a copy of the application and I can test it in my enviroment

      Hi,

We have this problem before, please make sure UniqueID, UserID, and Username have the same content.

I do not understand, have you been created users programmatically?
these fields should always be the same if you are creating users using the notes client or webbrowser.

btx, I do not think the username field is used,

        • accidentally replace UniqueID

By Ramli Xu 1 decade ago

          Hi Thomas,

We try to import data from our Address Book (auto generate all users), and accidentally replace UniqueID (generate when first login).

So UniqueID and Username are different, and it will create the problem.
