Backoffice / Helpdesk System for Notes / Domino
In the System tab of the Ticket are no system informations. I tried to send a Mail from different clients but there is never a Information… Lotus Notes 6.5.4 (english) Windows XP SP2 (english)
via mail. Do do this you will have to use (copy) a special form in your mail template. The one that is named "Helpdeskanfrage"
Unfortunately we may not change the Mail Template ; - (
For example you can make a database that is only for the prupose of senden Helpdeks questions and use this form. Or activate this form in the helpdesk database itself, which means that you must enable all users as deliverers.

forms.ntf delivered with itself. With this database you can embed this forms in your system without having to change the mail template.
I'm looking forward to this Version ;-)
