Before installing 0.99d I had the IDEnumerate error. Now after installing 0.99d the server runs for a day or two and then mailscan stops scanning and delivering mail with following in the log file (and on screen)
MailScan-Addin: Can't open mail in mail.box. Already routed

But what is more interesting is that at the same time it also starts to display on the console:

With a different pid and maximum handles for different crashes (handles used so far is always the same, 6399 and the error too, 0x107).
What is common between crashes is that a mail with an attachment is dead in the mail router and
produces the following line in the log (see also above) and has done that for many hours (even a day or two) before the crash:
MailScan-Addin: MailScanNoteProcessed==TRUE found
