• kspam und debian linux?

    How can I see that libkspam.so is loaded as task. I tried to install kspam under debian linux with domino 6.5.1. There are some rules on spam configuration database and the copied database is also available. I made the entries in the notes.ini and in the domino start script. But kspam does'nt work.



    Is there anything that I missed or isn't running on debian linux?

      Hi,

      is there any log-output?

      What are your NOTES.INI-Settings?

      What is the setting of the LANG-Environmentvariable?

      • The LANG parameter in .bash_profile, for the notes user, was empty. I gave it the value en_US.UTF-8 but any other valid value for the language/character set being used should be OK. The LANG parameter can also be set in the .bashrc file.

        Whe can is see that the kspam is loaded as task? SH TASKS will not list kspam?

        I think I made all steps to install the kspam correctly, but I'm not sure… ;(

        Coul'd it be that the kspam binary is not working on debian?

        Is there an other way to load kspam, I tried with "load kspam" on the server console,

        but nothing happend…..

      You have to install libstdc++5 library . This library is not included in stable Debian woody, i install it from backports packages (Bunk).
