• Possible to set current supporter in new ticket?

    Hi again



    When we create a ticket on a persons behalf all tickets are created in the name "Helpdesk" (the name set in configuration/ DefaulSupporter).

    Is it possible to have the DB get the supporters name insted? When I now create a ticket I have to reassign it to myself so everyone knows who's on the case. We are currently four supporters and our users need to know who's working on the ticket. Reassigning tickets directly after creation generate a) a lot of e-mail or b) confusion.

      configuration document "DefaultSupporter" and for every ticket the name of the user who is editing it the first time will be the chosen supporter.

        Haha, it was too simple. I was almost going to try that solution but something came in between yesterday.

        Anyone knows the status of "!!Help!! Project Docs"? I think I could need those documents from time to time. =)

          I haven't heard anything about the project since it has been initiated. But maybe Shane is too busy at the moment. So let's just sit and wait.
