    If someone replies to a mail that has been sent from the helpdesk (for instance confirming issue has been assigned) is there some way I can set this to append to the original issue?

      In my installation (1.53) these replys can be found under todo on the ticket.

      • If the one who replies lets the <<Number>> intact

        the system will automatically transfer this mail to the ticket or todo it came from and it will post a message to the supporter who is responsible for the besic document that he has mails sitting there waiting to be read.
