• Preview in the Notes Client

    Hi Brian



    Thanks for sharing your application.



    I'm running Lotus Notes 8 and can't preview the pictures in the Notes client. I have replaced the viewer.swf file, are running java, got admin-access to the DB, are running java and have enabled the background agent. Thumbnails are created but are not shown?



    I'm running the application locally, i.e. have not installed it on a server. Could that be the problem or do you have any ideas on what's wrong?

      Hi Jesper,



      (Sorry for the delay. I think the OpenNTF discussion reminders are off-line.)



      Open the view named "photos, show thumbnail files". They are response documents.



      Do you see the thumbnail documents? If so, open a document and view the file attachment. Is it a valid attachment?



      Next, look at the database design. Image Resources. You should see Image Resources named $TN_xxxxxxxxxx.

      Do you see these?

        Thumbnails are ok but the Image ressources are not present?
