• Administrator not allowed to post main entry

    Everything works fine but when I am using the browser I am just allowed to create ansers but there is no option to create a new entry.

    This problem exists just for the Administrator of the database and not normal users.

      your configuration. Starting with R1, depending on your configuration, you need a role to be able to post main topics.

        Hi Michael,

        I have seen the Roles in the ACL and used them. First it didn't show any result so I posted the bug document. In the meanwhile I found that it is a sort of caching problem on the server. As I restarted the server the Role did work and now I am able to post into the database using my account.

          Is very intensive on domBulletin…the app is very fast but a drawback is that I recommend u close the db in Notes client after u change configuration so the cache gets flushed to server.
