• Mail file Size shows incorrect value for mailfiles > 4Gb

    All mailfiles larger than 4Gb shows incorrect values...

        hi,

         

        thx for this application, it's very usefull for us, but i do have the bug with the attachments when bigger than 4GB tought i use v1.2.2. did i do something wrong? in the database properties it clearly states 1.2.2.

          Hi Georg,

          The original issue was that the mail file size was showing incorrectly on mail files over 4GB and not the attachments.

          Could I ask you to check the field TotalAtt on the documents in your screenshot as I want to see if the value in the document is okay and the value in the view is wrong.

           

          Also do you run DAOS on the mail files?  The add-in hasn't been tested with DAOS.

            i have attached screenshots of the biggest mailfile. i cummulated the attachment size, and the total item size, but can never get to the 19 GB on the frontpage, which are correct. The TotalAtt is 1257880234

            DAOS is not activated on this server, so this can be ruled out.

          I have performed some initial testing and have confirmed an issue with the Mail File summary page is not showing the correct attachment total size.  I will create a new defect and track progress under that.
