surveyWizard - Feature Request: Improvements


Surveys usually say this idea: grade this on a scale of 1-5(ex)

"On a scale of 1 - 5 how do you rate this meeting; this quality of product etc

This numerical scale cannot be done on the survey, must be alphabetically rated

So far even though I was able to retreive my name from my address, and with sending the survey to myself, has been over 10 minutes and have not received it.
Maybe I am doing something wrong ?! - seems stragiht forward

In this field you can enter the actual request.
