Added a view for Administor Denied or revoked leave. Visible only to the "View allowances" role.



Added option to add administrator comments when refusing leave.



Removed the two "To Team Leaders - Administrators" buttons. They weren't adding any extra functionallity.



Removed "Leave to be Cancelled" view.



Changed the "Cancel A/L - Adminstrators" button to read "Revoke A/L - Administrator". This button was confusing and could have been used in error to cancel A/L. Revoking leave is done by the leave administrator after approving leave. Reasons for revoking leave could be the requestor wants to cancel their leave for those days, leave is cancelled during a certain period, etc.

If leave is revoked the requestor gets back the leave days/time.
