This release contains two fixes:

• The custom control didn't work on Domino 8.5.3. This was caused by a changed call to initialize a progress bar in Dojo 1.6.1.
• Updated the version of swfupload.swf (new release downloaded from http://code.google.com/p/swfupload/.
