• 8.5 automatically append a signature

    In new release OpenNTF ME 8.5 not working automatically append a signature…

    Is it bug?

        Not only is the signature not appending, but the "Preferences" window that allows you to create a signature is not available. It use to be under Actions > Tools>Preferences, but the Tools menu item doesn't exist anymore. With version 8.0.2 it appended the signature but the "Preferences" window was not available either – ODD.

        • As I said download again. Should be fixed.

          But the popup does not show anymore if there is only one signature. No stopping progress ;)

          • Still can't access Prerferences

            I am sorry, But I still can't access the "Preferences" screen to change/update the signature. The Preferences screen use to under Actions > Tools > Preferences. As soon as I updated to the latest version of 8.5 (2/23/09 creation date) that menu path went away. The good news, it now appends my signature to emails. However, without access to the preferences screen I can't change my signature.
