The company i work for will not allow to change the template on server. In fact, there is an agent running at specified intervals that forces the Standard LN 7 mail template.

However, i am now a complete fan of the OpenNTF template, wich i'm using (7.02b), and i really want to use it.

So i decided to stop using the local replica of the server mail file (even because i have a 100MB limit) and start working on a local mail file and create an archive policy to archive mail from the local replica of the mail file to a local archive database using the OpenNTF 7.02b mail template.



However a strange thing happens when i archive documents from the inbox local server mail file replica wich uses the standard R7 mail template to the local archive database with the OpenNTF 7.02b template: the document does not appear on the inbox of the archive.

It shows up only on All Documents and if i use the "Discover Folders" option i get a message saying Document does not exist in any of the folders.



Is there anything i can do to prevent this ?
