I really like this idea of a translation bot but would suggest that you move the "available languages" report to the config file.

Reason: one can tailor it to one's company needs and also add languages that are currently not officially "offered" by the bot (however working like for example en2nl).

Otherwise: thanks for the great idea (and bot :-)).
