I added some more features to the Notes interface of Peanuts Portal:

• multi-language support (you can manage as many language in one database as you like, user set theit preference)
  
• up to three frameset tabs (one or two application frames per frameset)
  
• access security based framesets and frames
  
• switching between local/server replicas and direct replica creation
