I am currently working on 2 new versions–yes, this is confusing!



Version 2.2.6e introduces the LeaveSummary process which requires a new form (one document per person per month), a daily scheduled agent, and a manual agent used annually. Several LeaveSummary views have been developed which allow a Leave Administrator or an Approval Manager to get a better overview of Leave for a department or region or person.

There are other new agents as well which will help the System Administrator keep the system current.



Version 2.2.7 addresses several requests. First it allows for up to 4 "special" annual leave buckets for things like Sick Leave, Personal Days, and Training. Next it allows for non-calendar year annual leave allowances where each employee's allowance can start on any date within the year. Third it adds several new fields to the Annual Leave Allowance document that can be used to periodically increment variables like Annual Leave Allowance Days using Agents (at least one such agent will be supplied). Lastly system wide defaults for a few items will be supported in a new profile document.



I may release 2.2.7 as a beta so that I can take advantgage of your feed back before I release the finished product.



I am working on the documentation for 2.2.6e now so it should be available soon. I am still unit testing 2.2.7 so it will take a little longer.
