• I've include some changes

    ExtManager

    -conserning multiple loading - I've included code for prevention mutiple loading ExtMgr

    -loading ExtMgr after SMTP only - for correct working with hook

    -change DB to working with ClamAv

    -small correction for wrong string length

    -kill lines with reopenning and saving Note (I assume - these lines doesn't work correctly)

    All changes for Linux platform (I've tested and assemled for linux only)
