I downloaded the latest template from the latest ZIP file and checked the local encryption, and it clearly says 'Do not locally encrypt this database' when checking the database's encryption settings , so that is strange.



For mail rules, it is probably solvable to be transferred by enabling (or ADD) the transfer of the form 'Mailrule'. Please make sure you check the profile settings so this form is not excluded. If it's missing then it should be added in the profile document.



If it included and still not transferred it might boil down to rights and/or visibility. The mailrules are by default (at least in version 8 and newer) flagged as '$KeepPrivate', so they might not be visible to you or the agent?



For the latter, create a small agent in the originating mailbox and run it selecting all the rules in the rules folder.
