• Created Date incorrect so notifications not working

    Hi,

    Users have recently started reporting that "New Mail Reminder" notifications are not being sent on messages that are received from the Internet, whereas messages sent internally are generating the notifications correctly.  I've tracked it down to the "Created Date" in the properties of the document showing as 12/04/2012 although the message was sent on 22/06/2012.  Hence notifications are not sent as the messages are classed as "Old Message".  I can send test messages to multiple addresses on the same server, but only those received into the TeamMailbox databases have the incorrect Created Date, the date on the messages received in mail85.ntf based databases shows correctly as 22/06/2012.  I've created new databases based on the TeamMailbox 3.26 template and encounter the same issue.

    I am not a developer so am unable to determine where exactly the created date is being changed, and where it is getting the wrong date from - or why it is only happening with messages that have been received from the internet.
