When a topic is open and users posts are displayed my server has difficulty retrieving the AOL icon. The AOL link works fine accessing the profile but the icon seems to attempt to pull from:

big.oscar.aol.com instead of from your icon in the template?

I am currently digging in the PersonWebJS Form to find the aol icon image reference.
