Added the feature to compete as a team. Now participants can signup for a team and the team result will be aggregated from team-member scores and displayed in the scoreboard. Running in teams is so much more fun :-) Added a time-line feature, so historic changes (updates) for an event is displayed in a nice time-line with subtle graphics. Minor layout adjustments (placement, labelling, css).
