Seems Gravatar have gone offline which has broken the template, I've changed through a number of different versions without any luck.
If you go to a page with comments you get "Gravatar.com - global recognised avatar' rather than an image.
Haven't found a way to turn this new 'feature' off... Anyone got any cheap and dirty fixes?
