Hotlinks in emails

Details
We all know that domBulletin can send emails to us when someone posts to the BBS.
One user of mine asked if the email that is sent can contain a hotlink to the actual post and take them right to that post. Is this possible?
This would cut the number of steps one needs to take to get to the BBS in question . . .

FYI - I've initiated a BBS system here at Group Health Cooperative in Seattle and we're using domBulletin at the moment . . .
