Actually, I found an article here and I pasted below. That's the step i did.
After done the step and restart the designer, when I go to File, Application, setup...
I try to reassign the 852 application location, but it shows can't find any information..@@
So, anyway, I will follow your instruction to uninstall the 853 again.

XPages Extension Library - Response: To uninstall the extension library
To uninstall the extension library,
in Designer, go to File, Application, Application Management.
Toggle open the location Notes\Data\workspace\applications\eclipse
Select "Extension library feature"
In the page on the right, click on the "Uninstall" link.
Click OK to all the dialogs. Wait until the Progress bars finish.
Then restart Designer.
[That extra option in the menu File, Application, Application Management
only appears once you've enabled plugin install, which you would have done to install the library in the first place.
To enable the option:
