Do you have projects for clients & customers that you need to manage in a workflow. With WorkForce OpenSource Lotus Notes project management, you can create new project requests and move it to a beautifully designed and easy to use WorkFlow. Developers can quote the amount of time they think it will take to complete a project or tasks of a project and the Project Managers can review the project status.

Developers working on a project can fill out Time Cards that will automatically bill the hours to the project based on the hourly rate that the developer is charging. Invoices based on the Time Card information can be created with just a click of the mouse. as Time Cards are created, WorkForce will forecast how long an Assignee will take to complete a project based on their estimation of the project in hours & the free time they have in their calendar.


Projects can have short and readable URLs, e.g. http://mobilecontrols.openntf.org.

You can request a short URL to your project by sending a mail to support at openntf dot org. Put the word 'OpenNTF' somewhere in the subject.
Owners are the people with maximal rights. For example they can create releases and add more contributors.
