This database contains 10 yes/no questions, two quantitative questions and one narrative question with a RTF field for Digital pics, JPG,Gif or MPG for proof of each question that shows the event.
The sample is an important survey on Vigilante Stalking to help prove a victim's case.

The Weekly and monthy reports tally each of the 10 events and show average of the two quantitative questions for important data analysis that shows how much these crimes occur!

A Lookup doc contains all the States and Provinces for one field and Countries for another field to gather important Demographics!

New version 0003 contains all countries in Lookup Doc and New Keyword option for Province field
