Deze IBM Lotus Domino module is een Service-Oriented-Architecture element waarin het vastleggen van afroepopdrachten van bijvoorbeeld klanten en/of afdelingen als oorspronkelijk doel was gesteld.

De template is ontwikkeld voor de browser en is getest voor IE 7&8, Firefox en Opera door IDHW Informatica (www.idhw.biz)


Tijdens het gebruik is de module doorontwikkeld voor meerdere klanten tot een registratie van calls met bewaking van de voortgang en het stellen van prioriteiten in de werkzaamheden met verdeling naar taakstelling per medewerker tot een bewaking van de voortgang en het sluiten van regelkringen voor de kwaliteitscertificatie van bedrijven.
Daarnaast is het een middel geworden waarin het rubriceren van calls resulteert in een bewaking van de classificaties en daarmee geeft de registratie inzicht in de besteding per groep, die overigens door de beheerder zalf aangemaakt kan worden vanuit het vrij te bewerken profiel.
