    Couple of years ago our team took part in a big project of development a "New version of some big system". Our task was a data migration from old databases to the new ones with all new data formats. Applications consists from dozen databases with ten of thousands documents in each db. So we created the Tool, which can dramatically help us in this job. Now we proudly present it to You - and we hope, it can help You too.    
 
    The "Sadco CopyDocs" application provides batch copying process for large numbers of documents, using various filters, data types transformations and fields modifications by using language of @-formula's. Provided by the "Sadco CopyDocs" functionality allows accelerate transfer and migration of data among IBM Lotus Domino Notes client 7.xx and higher by means of writing the rules for copying each of fields, copying by template, to create a new fields, or copy fields directly without modifications. Easy to use, multilingual interface and functionality can be applied "Sadco CopyDocs" for small databases, and for large-scale enterprise systems, integrating hundreds of thousands of documents.   
 
 
    Пару лет назад мы принимали участие в большом проекте по разработке "Новой версии некоей большой системы". В наши обязанности входила миграция данных из старых баз в новые, с новыми форматами данных. Приложение состояло из десятков баз данных, в каждой из которых было несколько десятков тысяч документов. Решая эту задачу, мы создали Инструмент, который буквально спасал нас в этой рутинной работе. И сейчас мы дарим Вам его - гордясь и надеясь, что он также сослужит добрую службу и Вам.
 
    Приложение "Sadco CopyDocs" предназначено для пакетной обработки большого числа документов с использованием различных фильтров, преобразований типов данных и программных модификаций полей, используя язык @-формул. Предоставляемый программой функционал позволяет многократно ускорить процесс переноса и миграции данных в среде IBM Lotus Domino Notes Client7.xx и выше посредством написания правил для копирования каждого из полей, задания шаблона, создания новых полей или копирования напрямую полей без модификаций. Простота использования, мультиязычный интерфейс и широкие функциональные возможности позволяют применять "Sadco CopyDocs" как для небольших баз данных, так и для масштабных корпоративных систем, объединяющих сотни тысяч документов.
