For this time, I want to share my comments about your ideas. I will use them to improve this tool as soon as possible,
"Not sure if this is new, but with NoteFIX.nsf installed locally, I get a "Server Error: File does not exist" error if I try to use it on a server-based database. The problem is that the toolbar button code is looking for NoteFIX.nsf on whatever server the target database happens to be located. If it isn't local, it does not find NoteFix.nsf."
>> Yes, I developed NoteFIX with main functionallity, I want to improve installation, but time is limited for myself, I didn't interested on this topic. So, I restricted installation options for this time.
If you want to use NoteFIX for Local databases, you should install it to local root, and also if you want to use NoteFIX on Server (server based DBs, you should install it on the server root. If you working on server based database, toolbar icons looking on server for NoteFIX. It can improve. And I will analyze it and will improve it in this week,
"Related to this, it would be nice if NoteFix could dynamically adapt the toolbar button code during installation to point to the *actual* location of the NoteFIX.nsf database. For instance, I initially placed the database in c:\lotus\notes\data\openntf\NoteFiX.nsf instead of in the root Data folder. In order to get the buttons to work I had to manually repoint the code to the new location."
>> I will insert "Path Selection" option to installation, It was hard to create toolbar icons for myself when I have developed this application :) So, I developed it some non-functional parts.

>> If user does not have cross certification on the target server, user can encounter with problem. I don't have 2 server in my computer, so I didn't think it when developing ( about test process )
But, I can develop it and I can test it programmatically. However, it is not perfect test method.
